Juvenile Education and Awareness Project will host a film screening and discussion of Freedom Riders at Ramapo College in Mahwah, NJ. The film will be followed by a panel discussion. Panelists will include Cleo Silvers, Sanford Shevak, and Dr. David Colman, Associate Professor of Afro-American Studies and History, Ramapo College. This event is the first in the Juvenile Education and Awareness Project’s Created Equal: America’s Civil Rights Struggle public programming series.
