Poll book for the 1864 election for Company C of the 192nd Pennsylvania Volunteers. Certifies the officers of the election. Lists votes for Congress and a number of local offices. Colonel C. F. Miller was probably the commanding officer of this company. Lieutenant William Martin was the clerk of the election and one of the judges of the election as well.
