Reporting on the success of target practices. First page details four cannon practices held on 15 July 1857, 31 August 1857, 13 October 1857 and 12 January 1858. Lists size of target, movement of ship, number of shells fired, success of the practice, and numerous other facts regarding the practice. Second page lists results of practice with muskets and pistols.
