Sherman inquires if he is correct in believing that an article entitled "Afraid of the Facts" has been "inspired by the officers of Ordnance, Who regard Washington's Arsenal as their individual property - instead of the property of the U.S." Sherman claims the article is false. Hutchins was the founder of the Washington Post.
