Wayne pleads for supplies (particularly flour), decrying with great urgency having "been frequently without provisions" and claiming that "There must have been some fatal neglect or error somewhere." Elliot & Williams were suppliers for the army. Legionville was a camp in western Pennsylvania used by General Wayne during the Indian Wars of the Old Northwest.
