Co-signed by seven other heirs of Lovett. Details settlement of money received by Lovett and William Leach and recovered from William Bingham for the privateer ship the Pilgrim's prize. Signed by the heirs of Lovett and lists amounts paid to each by Elizabeth Lovett from the estate of John Lovett, her deceased husband. Lovett was a privateer ship merchant and captain in Beverly, Massachusetts. He was the agent for the prizes captured by the Pilgrim.
