Lists officers and soldiers under the command of Captain Samuel Page as a part of the 11th Massachusetts Regiment stationed at Valley Forge as of April 7, 1778. The 11th Massachusetts was a par of Patterson's Brigade. Four Sergeants, Three "Corprels", Twenty-Seven Privates, and One Drum & Fife Boy are listed. The document is signed by Captain Samuel Page and Lieutenant John Foster and dated to April 7, 1778. The document is docketed on verso. Notes are made in a separate column concerning the specific assignments of each soldier in the Company.
