Burr informs Rutgers that Mr. Beckman has been searching titles for Alexander Hamilton and since he has not found him, he returned the titles. States that the titles are to be exhibited by Thomas L. Ogden at Hamilton's office at 69 Stone Street. Asks him to make sure it is done this afternoon and advises that Ogden will be staying at home for this purpose. No year is included in the date.
