The President laid before the Convention a communication from His Excellency the Governor, in relation to drafts on the Treasury by persons lately in the employment of the U.S.
On return, the message was referred to the Committee on Commercial Relations and Postal Arrangements and it was Resolved
That, until the further action of this body, Mr Pressly be enjoined from paying any drafts on the Treasury.
