Telegram to Brigadier General Scammon of the 23rd Ohio Regiment from J.E. Thomas, Captain Commanding Post. Gives directions on a route through Kentucky. With autograph endorsement signed by Scammon commenting on the route in relation to where the Confederates might be. On stationary of the U.S. Military Telegraph.
