Convenes a Board of Survey consisting of Captain Edward M. Carey, 12th Regiment Ohio Volunteer Infantry, Captain Thomas Hayes, 30th Ohio, and 1st Lieutenant Russell Hasting, 23rd Ohio. The board was to determine the property of the 1st Provisional Brigade lost or destroyed on the march from "Adairs" at the mouth of the East River, which Lieutenant Robert S. Gardner, Acting Assistant Quarter Master, was responsible. By order of Colonel Scammon of the 1st brigade, and witnessed by Robert P. Kennedy, the Acting Assistant Adjutant General. Written from Headquarters of the 1st Brigade at Flat Top Mountain.
