Requests that General Rosecrans approve pay for a Mrs. Shart, who worked in the hospital with two doctors of the 23rd Ohio Regiment. Informs that the doctors were called away before they could submit the correct vouchers for her. With endorsement by Joseph Dank, Major and Acting Assistant Adjutant General referring this matter to Colonel Eliakim P. Scammon, commanding the 3rd Provisional Brigade.
