Chart enumerating supplies of musical instruments and their quality held by various regiments under General William Heath. A note at the bottom indicates that "Fifes are Exceedingly wanted." Hiwell was a first Lieutenant in a Massachusetts Artillery regiment. Heath commanded Highlands Department on the east side of the lower Hudson River. Written in "Continental Village." Henry Knox's copy.
