Document requesting six days of rations for Major Wellfrache [possibly meaning Villefranche]. Signed by Captain Joseph C. Dellezenn and countersigned by Major General Henry Knox's aide-de-camp, Samuel Shaw. Note by Shaw says these rations are "to be charged to Maj. Wellefranche." Docket signed by Paul Benny, using an "x" for his mark. Document written in Dellezenn's hand.
