Signed by Edward Blake, a quartermaster with the artillery, and countersigned by Major Samuel Shaw as Knox's aide-de-camp. Provision return for rations issued to one man, one woman and two children from 1-6 July. A total of 18 rations were issued over the six days. Docket signed by a Thomas Nelson stating that contractors delivered the rations.
