Provision return for one man of the late 2nd Connecticut Regiment. He was issued 10 rations for 10 days. Signed by R. Sanderson as a quartermaster and Colonel H. Luith(?). Also signed by Major Shaw as Knox's aide-de-camp. Docket signed by an Ezekiel Whitney stating that contractors delivered the rations.
