A provision return for one man employed by the Ordinance Department, 4th Massachusetts Regiment, Captain Blanchard's Company. A total of three rations are to be provided commencing 18 July 1783 to 20 July 1783. The order is also signed by Samuel Shaw, General Henry Knox's aide-de-camp.
