Discusses the printing of certificates of account balances for officers. He writes that the officers wish their certificates to be printed "either with common type or copper plated". Knox agrees with the officers and suggests that the certificates be printed to [copper] plates because it will take less time. Writes that he hopes Peirce will be able to comply and gratify his "own feelings upon the occasion."
