Signed by Superintendent Joseph Cheesman and Major Samuel Shaw as General Knox's aide-de-camp. Provision return for four men employed by the engineering department from 22-26 July. Two men were with Captain Douglas's company, one man was with Captain Rogers's company, and one man was with Captain Wells's company. Over the five days a total of 31 rations were issued. Docket signed by a Jacob Wight stating that contrators delivered the rations.
