Clerical copy of GLC02437.03231, written in the hand of Samuel Shaw with clerical signatures of Knox and Samuel Ogden, both in Shaw's hand. Note written regarding Samuel Shaw, who is the "defendant in an action brought against him by Mr. John Holber, in Philadelphia." Requests that Mr. Fullerton take over Shaw's bail from Mr. Robert Morris, with the guarantee that the money will be repaid by Ogden and Knox to Fullerton and anyone who helps Fullerton acquire the money.
