Bingham discusses in great detail contract issues with Knox that also concern Bingham. Mentions how outraged he is that Knox's surveyors on the Waldo Patent were attacked. Bingham thinks that it is good that Knox is going to be a member of the legislature, "where you may under essential services to the Property in Maine."
