Letter signed by Edmund Winchester, and Aman Winchester and Joseph Hall as witnesses. A quit claim for two lots in Lincoln County, Maine. Document appears to be releasing all rights (title and claim) from Edmund Winchester to Knox and his heirs. Also appears a lot has been contracted to Joshua Palmer and one to Joseph Sherman. Date was added at a later date in pen. Docket notes received 10 August 1801.
