Document is not signed but appears to be in Knox's handwriting. An affidavit by Henry Knox concerning a land warrant granted to him for his military services. Appears Knox delivered the warrant to Richard Platt and received a certificate for $1000 from Platt signed by Winthrop Sargent. Note at bottom of the document states "Sworn before Major Wheaton Justice Peace 22 Aug', 1801." Docket notes the affidavit was written from Thomaston, Maine.
