Noted as a "Copy from the Records for Deeds for said County..." A land sale by Knox. Knox vouches he received $250 from Phillip Hanson. Releases all rights and conveys a tract of land located in Thomaston, Maine to Hanson. A very detailed description of the location and boundaries of the land is also provided. "Attn Tho Price Regm" is noted at the bottom of the letter.
