Partially printed. Deed for land, including a lime and marble manufacturing plant, given to Henry Jackson Knox by his parents (it is unclear if Jackson Knox was simply given the land or if he purchased it). Signed by Henry and Lucy Knox, and by Josiah Reed and John Gleason as witnesses. Appears also to be a short note on verso mentioning a "Lincoln Jr" and signed by a Thomas Price.
