Certifies that Lucy Winslow and Hannah Flucker, daughters and heirs of Samuel Waldo, and their husbands Isaac Winslow and Thomas Flucker, appoint Samuel and Francis Waldo, Lucy and Hannah's brothers, as their attorneys.
