A letter to the citizens of Waldoborough, Maine regarding supplying the citizens with written warrantee deeds. The letter describes the terms of the agreements including payment terms and resources on the land such as lumber and cattle. Written from St. Georges River, possibly present day Thomaston, Maine. A portion of another letter is pasted on the last page of the letter.
