Agreement between Knox and "the twenty associates" represented by Charles Barrett regarding lands in the Waldo patent. Establishes the boundaries of the lands owned by the associates, and lists other rules reragding this property. The twenty associates were the group that initially owned the Waldo patent, with Samuel Waldo being a member. Also signed by Charless Barrett, David Cobb, John Wills and Thomas Cobb.
