Also signed by Captain Patten. Lists captains, amount of rations, and number of days receiving rations. Shaw signs as aide-de-camp to Henry Knox at West Point. Patten signs a note on verso listing absentees. Also contains a note written by Sergeant George Groom confirming receipt of rations.
