Signed by various underwriters. A policy of assurance for Henry Knox. Insures various amounts of money for cargos shipped between Thomastown [Thomaston, Maine?] to Bermuda. The vessel is insured for risk of "capture & condemnation" only, cargo is covered against all risks. Various sums of money are also listed next to each underwriter's signature. Noted recorded on 24 August 1797. Docket notes received 30 December 1797. Document is partially printed with information written by hand.
