Deed for the sale of land within the Waldo patent from Henry Knox to Israel Thorndike. Also signed by Lucy Knox, Thomas Jackson, Mary Lincoln, and signed and witnessed by Samuel Cooper, Nathan Dane, Martin Lincoln and Gridley Thaxter. Next to the signatures note stating deed was "cancelled the 16 Oct 1804." The bottom half of the third page has been lost.
