Shows that Philip Schuyler and Robert Livingston, "Commissioners for the City of Albany," have paid £300, in the form of both money and Beaver pelts, to Thomas Dongan "on account of the Charter granted to the City of Albany." Also contains the signature of Brandt Schuyler.
