An account book, itemizing the recipients of all the provisions delivered to the garrison at Albany by Livingston (who held the office of victualer to the garrison at the time) and to the Indians of the region, also by Livingston (who also held a post on the Board of Indian Commissioners). The provisions included such items as pork, bread, peas, beef and beer. Included, between pages 7 and 8, is a signed bond by Jon Van Loon for 219 guilder, dated 21 February 1719 [in Dutch]. In addition, 9 pages at the end of the account book are an itemized list of all the individuals who received their beer rations from Livingston.
