An agreement between de Key and Livingston regarding de Key's filling land on Livingston Manor to make the land level with the dock, to be completed by 1 October 1697. In return, de Key was to be paid £90 and a gold ring for his son. A receipt of the completion of the task, with all transactions made, signed by de Key is dated on 18 May 1697.
