[Livingston] thanks the Governor for speaking against the merchants of London and how they have disrupted trade. He also discusses the trading situation with the Eastern Indians. On the bottom of p.2 is written: "To Evert Wendell Esq. attorney at Law These are to Impower you for me and in my name to sue George Wilson before any Court of Record within."
