Leyborne, Rossley, and Rockiliff state that they have just been informed of a new law that prohibits the exportation of wheat, flour, and biscuit to the Kingdom of Portugal. They request, however, that they not be forced to pay a penalty due to the new restriction. Followed by a note from Morton Rockiliff discussing a trading payment. Docketed on address leaf.
