Josiah Loomis, Leendert Konyn states that he has lived on the Manor of Livingston since the age of ten, and has always been aware that the land first belonged to the late Robert Livingston, the first lord and proprieter of the Manor, over 60 years ago. The land has since passed ot his heirs and successors, and is situated within the county of Albany and the province of New York.
