Andries Moore states that he has sold his farm and its improvements to Robert Livingston, Jr., and acknowledges receipt of payment for the property. Moore signed with his mark. In a separate signed statement on p.2, Moore agrees to remove from the sold land on or before the 1 May 1771. Docketed on verso.
