Hugh McAdam and Thomas Fuller agree to construct a frame for a saw and grist mill in Saratoga for Robert Livingston, Jr. The document states that the two men are responsible for collecting all the timber for the frame, and for finding workmen. In return, Robert, Jr. agrees to rent the completed mills to McAdam and Fuller for 5 years. Also signed by Thomas Fuller.
