Captain Legne [?] has returned with 20 men from the regiment but none from the company. Writes about a few of the soldiers who came back with the captain that he knows. He has sent her father a paper from Nashville, Tennessee before they left camp at Winchester, Tennessee. Asks for some stamps. Explains where and how he picked some roses and other flowers for her.
