Copy of the lease agreement for a property in Baltimore owned by William and Caroline W. Remington to Henry Moore at a rate of $600 per year. Note on reverse dated 5 October 1874 signed by the Remingtons states the contract has been canceled in consideration of a sum of $200 given to them by Henry Moore.
