Pardon of Thomas Youell, who had a death sentence. Remits corporal punishment issued against Joseph Cross, Ebenezer Walker, and Edward Saxton, and orders them to return to their companies. Orders Pay Masters to make returns for Hunting Shirts for detachments under marching orders. Specifies changes in commanders. Orders a general court martial convened tomorrow for as many prisoners as can be brought before it. Wayne was the general in command of the United States Army in Greeneville, Ohio.
