A print of a photograph of a gathering of people outisde a large two-storey building. Sign on building reads: "E.E. Camp. Capt. & A.Q.M. USA." Elisha Ely Camp was the Assistant Quartermaster of the United States Army, having been promoted to that position on August 3rd, 1861. Brevetted Lt. Col. at war's end, died 1867. Two well dressed black men in civilian clothes stand on stairs at left. Civilians stand on porch and in front of house. Image shows a camp of soldiers A-frame tents.
