View showing the right side of the wharf. Two men sit along the bank of a river, staring out at boats docked at the wharf. A woman's skirt is visible in the left-hand foreground. The steam boat "South America" is prominent in the center of the image, and the "Titan" is docked to the right of it. Graphite inscription on verso of mat: "EW602-269/5." Title printed and adhered to mount.
Note: This photograph, although very similar to GLC 5111.01.0298, was taken at a different time. The small white structure with the sign situated between the two delapidated wooden structures which is absent in .0298.
