Dudley is seated facing right holding his gloves in his right hand and his hat in his left. The image has been touched up [painted] for rephotographing. Inscription on recto: "1 Negative. Do this before any other." Inscription on verso: "Col E.L. Dudley 20th Kentucy Volunteers" and "do this first." From the Meserve Collection.
