A Confederate flag flies in front of a palm tree over a sign that reads: "H'd. Q'ts" and another that reads: "Last Ditch 1 Mile." Imprint on image "Strategy or Change of Base." Imprint on recto "Entered, according to Act of Congress, in the year 1865, by Wm. H.
