Regrets Roosevelt is not running in this year's presidential election because "he has certainly proved himself to be the man of the hour." Thinks Taft "will be the best" and likes Bryan but thinks he has little chance of winning. Rejects Cummings and La Follette. Believes the trusts will try to elect a president who will favor them but be bad for the people.
