Virginia electoral ticket endorsing Jefferson Davis for president and Alexander H. Stevens for vice president. Also lists John R. Edmunds of Halifax and Allen T. Caperton of Monroe "for the state at large," various men "for the districts," and Roger A. Pryor "for congress." Indicates that the election was on Wednesday, 6 November 1861. Signed by Fern on verso, presumably the voter who cast the ballot.
