Records births, deaths, and marriages on printed "Family Record" stationary with an ornamental border. The only marriage recorded is Enoch and Wilebour's in 1840. Notes their children's birth dates and the death dates of two children, as well as those of Enoch and Wilebour. No date but must be after Enoch's death in 1906. Probably written in Kentucky.
