A letter written by John Hoar to Peter expressing his appreciation for a gift that Peter gave Hoar eleven years ago and Hoar's subsequent feeling that Peter should recieve the framed letter signed by George Washington. This letter makes mention of an accompanying letter, GLC06433.02. While the letter itself is written to Peter, the envelope is addressed to Col. F. Q. Brown, whose name also appears in the bottom left corner of the letter itself.
